Yes, liquid glass is just like crystal effects or any glue that has a little nozzle. That seem to work best for me.

Hi Kim, I am gathering that Liquid Glass is a clearn glue, am I correct. Thanks for the idea, I believe I will be doing this in the future.

gets as far as the comment right after the sider and then is gone- so I still don't get to hear how to make the glue dots
