Tips on cutting card stock or designer paper?

Thank you! I tend to cut first before measure 300 times! I guess that's why I always buy in bulk....lol!

I was blog surfing and came across Paper Kisses blog and noticed that she was a member of this organization.

What is your favorite place to shop for paper crafts?

Any Craft and Scrapbooking place. I purchase some paper craft through direct sales businesses (ie, creative memory, CTMH and Stampin Up!).
