It's a small world after all.... We live in the Warrenton area (officially our town is called Amissville--it's but a speck on the map), if you are familiar with that. I actually commuted to McLean for the first year I lived here!

I grew up in Fayetteville, went to school in Raleigh and now I live in VA--lol! Oh the things you'll do for love, right? I moved here after I graduated from college because my hubby (then boyfriend) was from here and got a job first.

Is Goose Creek near Pawley's Island? One of my other closest friends has a place there and we visit every summer. It is only about 2 hours from where my family is in Fayetteville.

I didn't mean to tell you my life story :)

Hi De! One of my best friends lives in Easley, SC, just outside of Greenville. Is that close to you? She just met me in FL last weekend for a super fun stamping retreat :) Anyway, we're so glad you joined our Whimsie Doodles group! We can't wait to get to know you and hope that you will join us for our new Whimsie Wednesday challenge. We're also sposonring this week's ETSY Inspired challenge (which you knew already)! I'm a single mom to two four-legged babies and I enjoy scrapbooking, rubberstamping and card making. I currently sell Close to my Heart products, but I'm addicted to about 50 other companies as well!

I love to blog with other crafters and photographers, and I design web pages on the side for friends and family. I also dabble with beading and just started some simple knitting.

I work as a contractor supporting the Navy and Marine Corps.
