I must say that he looks much happier there than in his picture with Santa! giggles! beautiful tree!

I agree! I love the black and silver combo.

Today is tree decorating day, after we take the pup to the dog park. He's got some energy he needs to run off since he's been pretty cooped up with all the rain earlier this week (and then it was too muddy to go even after it stopped!)

We were up until 2am moving furniture around because the tree is a little bushier than we realized and didn't look right in our normal spot in front of the bow window. So, we rearranged the entire living room last night! Fun!

Here's the tree before we cut it down. Mr. Barbo was helping. Heh.

yea - Deb didn't have a chirpie birdie last night!!!! I don't know of a study off hand, but will check with hubby. he might know. if you find one, please post here. Rob Bell is big on the history of our faith, and I just adore him anyhow, so I'll see if he has anything also.

now off to check out the hunt and project........

GM girlies! I am so happy to report that Matthew was able to get up there with the tall ladder and change that little oh-so-important battery! LOL! So I got to sleep soundly for a whole 8 hours last night! :)

I have been wanting to do a study of the Feasts...I think that would be so amazing to learn all the symbolism and weave together our Jewish roots and Christian customs. Do any of you know of a study like that?

good grief,every time I comment it is like a novel!

Jennifer are you feeling any better? Did you get a virus or is this related to your illness. I would better that what ever it is that you are battling with that when you catch a virus or get run down that it is twice as hard to get rid of it.
I'm keeping you on my prayer list.
I hope you can get lots of crafty time in today, that is a good way to keep the spirit up!!
