How to Make Sketches

I was wondering if there are any sites that teach you how to make sketches using a computer program. Any help would be great. I want to add them to my blog. I have them designed just want to make them look good using what ever the programs are that everyone uses. TY

Painter would work, or even Elements. There are some fantasic tutorials on the Pphotoshop or the Corel site.
