Jean's Art Dolls, a 6 year-old website, focusing on developing, inspiring, and encouraging both professional and budding artists of all kinds, is looking for several new FRESH, FUN and FUNKY LADIES to join our DESIGN TEAM!!!
We have an unique and fun Design Team structure. YOU let US know what you'd like to do!
Then you are free to go ahead and design what you love to design, not what we MAKE you design! We know that creativity comes by inspiration, not by demand, so we only ask that you share your creations with us, but don't require a definite number of Gallery posts per week/month, etc. Likewise, we want you on the Forum as much as you are able to be, but no posting minimums are mandated!
We also have an Apprenticeship Program for those who don't quite feel ready for a full Designer position, but aspire to get there! So, we are also looking for Apprentice Designers!
NO DT EXPERIENCE NECESSARY for either position, so don't skip out because you haven't been on a Team yet: You can't get experience unless someone gives it to you, right?!
I am looking for 2 main things:
1) Dedication: Tell us what you are able to commit to, big or small, but then please be dedicated to doing what you've said you'd do!
2) Ability to follow our motto: DARE TO BE DIFFERENT! Can you step outside your comfort zone and try something new now and then?
