adding slideshow to group?/

Does anyone know how to do this? I am assuming it is possible since our personal pages have it....but I can't figure it out!! THANKS!

Yes, go into the album that you want to have in the group. Click on "Get Embed Code". Copy the html code and then paste it into the group where you want the slideshow.

Hit save :)

Thanks Susanna! Is there a way to have an album for our group that all members can add to? I tried what you said with my own album & it worked but I'd like other members to be able to share there too. Is this possible? THANKS so much for your help!!!!

Yes and no -- you can pull everyone's photos into one album, but only the album creator can do it.
We've asked our tech support team to make this change -- ideally, we'd like "automatic" albums where anything with a certain tag would go into the album, but it won't work like that right now.

Once the album is created, click on share and copy the embed code. You just paste it into the group discussion area and it will appear.

yaaa, it worked!!! LOL Now is there a way to keep it at the TOP of the discussion area?

You can feature it or you can add it in that first text box in the group area.

i added it in the first comment area which means it will scroll down with each new comment. how can i get it to be there right under the title page?

If you want a slideshow (or any content) static at the top of the page, you need to be an administrator for that group, and then you can add it to a text box field that is available there. (You only see it if you own the group)
